It is an All-In-One system that is integrated with a 20.1” high resolution widescreen LCD monitor, HD camera (720p), built-in stereo speakers and microphones. The HDX 4002 is housed in a compact and sleek looking enclosure that can easily blend in with your room and furniture design.

The Polycom HDX 4002 video conference equipment is capable of sharing content like presentations, graphics, spreadsheets and multimedia with remote parties. The integrated LCD can also be used as a computer monitor and as a video communication device – no need to buy additional monitor for your desktop PC.

Data Collaboration and Presentation Tools

Polycom HDX 4002 video conference equipment supports sharing of live PC presentations using a direct computer video cable connected to the unit (through People + Content) or via a PC connected anywhere on the same network (through People + Content IP).

When the internal Multi-point capability is activated (software license to be purchased separately), users can conduct video calls with 3 other remote locations simultaneously.
